Welcome to the Law By Deceit website. As we all know the Political and Judicial system is over run with characters that promise everything and deliver nothing. As citizens it is our duty to ferret out and expose these very people who are out to destroy our Constitutional Rights and Freedoms. These same people who steal our money, send our children to war and make us the hated targets of every  country. It is time for us to take back our government and expose these criminals for what they are! THAT IS OUR AIM !

Obama-care

Obama and a lot of socialist Democrats are pushing for a so called Health Reform Bill that is nothing short of a Government empowerment over the economy and the people. There is no possible way to reform Insurance Companies without first looking at Hospitals and their billing practices.

        When Hospitals can get away with billing a customer in excess of $50.00 for one aspirin or thousands for tests that were never done something is definitely wrong!  Most people have never even seen or paid attention to a Hospital bill while others couldn’t understand the complexity even if they did!

      I am one that paid extra and ordered an itemized bill and did check my wife’s Hospital bill and saved myself between $800.00 and $900.00 !

    Obama, if you really want to lower Insurance costs, look at the Hospital bills first and see the fraud and quit trying to grow government size and power!

Citizen’s Best Interest ?

Everytime I hear a politician or elected official say it is in the people’s best interest I want to puke, for I know a new tax or constitutional rights intrusion is forth coming. Our elected officials on all levels of government have worn out this pitiful excuse knowing that it is nothing but a blatant outright lie to further their own powers or raise even more money for a bloated government! All citizens should be standing up and asking their government officials “since when is it in the people’s best interest for more taxes or more constitutional violations” ! I know I can not be the only person in this whole United States that is fed up with this bull and want change so true Americans either unite and stand up now or sit on your ass and do nothing as you and your children’s future becomes one of little or no rights and slavery to a corrupt out of control government!

Ordinances Destroy Property Rights

Privacy fences and no trespassing signs are going up all over the state of Michigan as citizens try to protect themselves from the prying eyes of so called code enforcement officers armed by local elected do gooder officials with unconstitutional, abusive and excessively invasive ordinances. So called code enforcement officers, most from big cities with little knowledge, experience or respect for property rights or laws with abusive power going to their heads terrorize law abiding citizens with threats of fines, jail time and or loss of property. This is one of the biggest and most rampant threats to citizen’s property rights devised by State and local elected officials. Citizens should and better recoginize this threat and fight back now because this is going to get much worse as officials get even more abusive.
Is it possible that they are in violation of

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242 – Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law:[18]
“ It is a crime for any person acting under color of law (federal, state or local officials who enforce statutes, ordinances, regulations, or customs) to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived the rights, privileges, or immunities of any person secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S. This includes willfully subjecting or causing to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.
