A little side bar, for your information, the 1998 National Child Maltreatment and 1996 Third National Incidence Study of Child Abuse and Neglect states that female natural parents abuse and neglect their children more than male natural parents. In over 80% of child abuse cases, the natural mother is responsible. With this in mind, why would a judge allow over 90% of mothers to get sole custody. It is an absurdity. It is criminal. After four years of college, three years of law school and work experience, the judges and lawyers are now intellectually and ethically challenged. If shared parenting laws were passed, children have been proven to fair far better post-divorce. These reports are easily obtainable from the U.S. Federal Govt.

 Canada Secret World Dominance Plot Uncovered

        Canadian Officials have a new secret weapon in their quest for world dominance. Officials in Canada said their new weapon would enable Canada to take over the entire US without a shot being fired in a matter of a year or two . The secret plot was uncovered to clone Jennifer Granholm 49 more times and export each of them to the 49 other states of the US.

          The Canadian Officials said that their secret test in Michigan went so well that Parliament was sure to pass all the necessary bills and appropriations to get the plan in finality. The successful test in Michigan destroyed the economy, had businesses and citizens leaving the state in droves, created much needed space for garbage disposal, had citizen's rights shackled back to the slave era and the actual cost to Parliament was little or non-existent . We did have one problem to overcome with Michigan schools where Spanish was also a required teaching instead of French but after consideration we decided we could later just add French as the major language and move English to an optional language. The required Spanish as a second language would still fit in with our later plans for phase two.

        If we put Jennifer Granholm clones in all 50 states it's a no brainer that in a matter of little or no time at all we will own the US and then it's only a stone throw to Mexico. In phase two  Mexico will give us much needed cheap labor to sort and clean up any garbage left in Canada. It's a no lose situation for Canada and it's citizens.

When the current child protection laws are "corrected," to not only protect children from actual abuse situations, but to also protect children from negligent and incompetent social workers, psychologists, judges, and prosecutors, as well as many of the court appointed attorneys involved then we will have effective and just child protection laws. Until this happens there will be specific instances where children are subjected to prosecutors and judges protecting special interests, local, state and national political agenda, and negligent and sometimes corrupt social workers and "expert witnesses."

Any law that can effectively protect children must also thoroughly acknowledge system abuse, incompetence, agency error and negligence in order to protect children. If the government cannot, or will not, protect children from its own negligence and incompetence, then many of these children will not be protected and when these situations happen while the government intervenes in these cases the government and its many taxpayer funded agencies then becomes responsible for promoting, if not allowing, child abuse. These children suffer the injustice and indifference promoted by those presumed to protect the best interests and the rights of children who also happen to conveniently profit from the current laws, procedures, immunities and public policies.
